The KANE 258 Flue Gas Analyser is a domestic analyser and manometer designed for flue gas, pressure, temperature and combustion testing. It directly measures carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen (O₂) and provides automatic CO over-range protection to help protect the CO sensor when high concentrations are encountered.
Alongside combustion analysis, the KANE 258 features a high-accuracy single pressure sensor to ±80 mbar, supporting flue draught, pressure, let-by and tightness testing. It also measures single, dual and differential temperature, bringing multiple testing functions together in one instrument.
A rotary dial and clear 6-line display provide straightforward access to test functions, while KANE LIVE connectivity enables results to be viewed, saved and sent digitally.

Automatic CO Sensor Protection
The KANE 258 Flue Gas Analyser incorporates automatic protection against high carbon monoxide concentrations.
If CO rises above the maximum measurement range, the analyser stops its sampling pump and activates the CO purge pump until CO levels fall below the maximum range.
Pressure & Temperature Testing
The KANE 258 is more than a combustion analyser. Its integrated pressure sensor supports flue draught and pressure tests, together with let-by and tightness testing. Automatic let-by and tightness tests can be carried out with the KANE LIVE app.
For temperature testing, the analyser supports single, dual and differential measurements. Type-K temperature probes can be connected to T1 and T2 for temperature and differential temperature testing.
