KANE978 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser
The KANE978 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is designed for industrial combustion, heating, cooling and refrigeration applications. It combines flue gas analysis with HVACR testing, making it suitable for engineers working across boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
The analyser measures O₂ from 0–21% and CO from 0–10,000 ppm with H₂ compensation, with the option to measure four additional gases. Its double-headed pump is designed for testing boilers of different sizes, while KANE LINK provides wireless connectivity to compatible measurement equipment.
Test results can be viewed, saved and sent using the KANE LIVE app.

Why Choose the KANE978?
The KANE978 brings combustion analysis and HVACR testing together in one instrument. This allows engineers to carry out a wide range of measurements without relying on separate analysers for different applications.
It supports structured let-by, tightness and flue draught tests, while compatible KANE LINK equipment extends its capabilities for heat pump, refrigeration and indoor air quality work.
A high-capacity water trap and particle filter also helps protect the analyser during demanding measurement tasks.
