A. No. Current measurement is AC only, up to 200A. The voltage function measures both AC and DC.

Q3: Will the continuity buzzer sound throughout the resistance range?
A. No. Resistance measurement extends to 50kΩ, while the continuity buzzer sounds below 1.8kΩ.
Q4: Can it indicate voltage with exhausted batteries?
A. Yes. The MET1000 can still warn of hazardous voltage when its batteries are exhausted. Its voltage detection limits differ from those available with batteries.
