Owen Brothers Cyclim Test Lamp 111
The Cyclim Voltage Test Lamp uses the brightness of a filament bulb to indicate the presence and variation of voltage. The neon in parallel with the filament bulb glows only when the bulb I broken or fitted incorrectly.
