The FLIR E96 is the most advanced camera from the Exx-Series and the first FLIR camera with pistol-grip to offer an impressive 640 × 480 thermal resolution (1.2 megapixels with UltraMax)!

Compatible with Interchangeable AutoCal Lenses for complete coverage of near and distant targets, with the laser distance meter ensuring the crisp focus needed for accurate temperature measurement.  And on-board FLIR Inspection Route feature runs pre-planned survey routes to help inspectors stay organised when surveying large or multiple locations.

All these impressive feature make your workday more efficient - Inspectors can survey high-voltage, hazardous targets safely and quickly diagnose electrical and mechanical failures.

Streamline Daily Surveys with Route Creation

FLIR Exx-Series cameras come equipped with FLIR Inspection Route. This camera mode guides users along a defined route across multiple locations and organises images and data connected with each inspected asset.  Users create a route in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro* with the Route Creator* plugin, then download it to the camera to streamline inspections and speed up post-processing and reporting (*optional accessory software).

FLIR Thermal Studio PRO

The first range of FLIR models to come with FLIR‘s exclusive Inspection Route Camera Option automatically enabled in the camera.

Designed for those who regularly inspect large numbers of objects over the course of a day, FLIR Inspection Route guides the user along a pre-defined route of inspection points so they can collect images and data in a structured manner.

The route begins in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro software, where users build their plan using the Route Creator plugin. They can include as many inspection targets as needed.  This predefined route guides the user’s on-site movement to each inspection asset, automatically collecting and organising saved images for a seamless import into FLIR Thermal Studio Pro.
