Metrel A 1631 EV Monitoring Cable

The Metrel A 1631 EV Monitoring Cable is a specialised accessory for monitoring CP signal, current, and voltage during EV charging. Designed for use with compatible Metrel testers and adapters, it features a Type 2 female plug for connecting to an EV and a Type 2 male socket for linking to EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment).

Metrel A 1631 Key Features:

• Monitors AC EV charging up to 32 A EVSE
• Tracks CP signal communication, PP resistance, current, and voltage
• Connects to instruments for current and voltage verification (e.g. MI 2883 Energy Master, MI 2884 Energy Master XA)
• Simulates external loads up to 13 A via banana plugs to verify EVSE counters
